Free in-store returns

Return your items free at any Naplam Brand location around the country. if your return is due to change of mind then just make sure you present in store with proof of purchase (within 30 days from delivery) and that your item meets the returns conditions located here.

Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise designated as clearance in store and online, as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model etc) may be provided.

Our policy included the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under consumer guarantees of the United States consumer law, regulations or otherwise as required by low.

Return by mail

We’ve partnered with United States Postal service (USPS) to make returning online orders even easier. Choose from more than 1,300 drop-off locations, open seven days a week.

To return with Post Office, make sure your item:

  • $14.95 flat fee for same day delivery, available in Valid locations only.
  • Delivery will occur between 6pm – 9pm when you place an order before 12pm UTC
  • Orderes placed after 12pm UTC will be delivered to the next business day.

$6.95 fee applies for Post Office Drop-off (Cheapest Option); courier pickup costs extra. See Post Office for details.

What can I return or exchange and when?

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. The change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the USA Consumer Law and Regulations.

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.


How do I exchange an item?

Easy in-store exchange Whether you bought it online or in-store, you can bring your item in-store to exchange it. For online orders, we will need to issue you a refund back to your original method of payment via our online returns system. You can then re-purchase an alternative size, colour or item in-store.

Online exchange You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.

Yes if the lead is still perfectly locked with no damages as from production

Unfortunately no, Edibles are considered “food” items which makes it impossible to return considering covid 19 regulations.

If the returning item is still in perfect condition, refund will be processed within 3 business days
